From the Upstate: Take I-26 East toward Columbia. Take I-126 into Columbia. This turns into Elmwood Drive. Follow Elmwood then turn right on Bull Street. Turn left on Taylor Street. Taylor Street turns into Forest Drive. Turn left into Middleburg Plaza (St. Julian Place Dr.). Turn left into the first driveway (1601 St. Julian Place). Park behind the building.

From Charleston: Take I-26 West toward Columbia. Exit onto I-77 North. Follow I-77 to the Forest Drive exit. Turn left off of the exit ramp at the light. Follow Forest Drive and turn right into Middleburg Plaza (St. Julian Place). Turn left into the first driveway (1601 St. Julian Place). Park behind the building.

From Charlotte, NC: Take I-77 South toward Columbia. Exit at Forest Drive. Turn right off of the exit ramp at the light. Follow Forest Drive and turn right into Middleburg Plaza (St. Julian Place). Turn left into the first driveway (1601 St. Julian Place). Park behind the building.

From USC, Columbia Campus: Follow Bull Street away from campus. Turn right on Taylor Street. Taylor Street turns into Forest Drive. Turn left into Middleburg Plaza (St. Julian Place Dr.). Turn left into the first driveway (1601 St. Julian Place). Park behind the building.

To Midlands ENT and Midlands Hearing Associates: From the USC Speech and Hearing Center, Turn right out of the parking lot. Turn right onto Forest Drive at the light. Follow Forest Drive to Harden Street. Turn right onto Harden Street. Follow Harden Street to Colonial Drive, Harden will veer to the left. Continue following Harden. After you pass Richland Memorial Hospital, turn right into Medical Park Drive. Medical Park Three is on the right.
