SOPHAS Applicants
If you are applying to one of the following departments or programs, you will need to apply through SOPHAS, the on-line centralized application service for schools of public health:

• Environmental Health Sciences
• Epidemiology and Biostatistics
• Physical Activity and Public Health
• Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior*
• Health Services Policy and Management*
• General Public Health*

*If you are applying to one of the following programs within the departments listed above, you will need to apply through the University of South Carolina Graduate School):

• Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior: MSW/MPH, MAT, School Health Education Certificate Program
• Health Services Policy and Management: MSN/MPH, MSW/MPH, JD/MHA, Professional MHA, Taiwan Program, Korean Program
• General MPH: Preventive Medicine Residency and MD/MPH (for MD/MPH: applicants must provide evidence of admission to USC School of Medicine or MUSC College of Medicine.)

USC Graduate School Applicants
If you are applying to one the following departments or programs, you will need to apply through the University of South Carolina Graduate School:

• Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Exercise Science
• Physical Therapy
• Masters students currently enrolled at the Arnold School of Public Health wishing to pursue a doctoral degree immediately after masters degree is earned (paper application)
