What kind of results do you see?
Weight loss or weight maintenance is typically seen during active participation in the program. However, if the new concepts and habits are not maintained at home, weight gain after completion of the program can and does occur. Family support is vital to achieving success in the program.

Over 75% of all participants who complete the program gain no weight with during the program; yet they continue to grow taller. This is in effect a significant weight loss. The amount of weight loss is dependent upon the age of the participant, degree of adherence, length of time in the program, and family support.
