New online Roche/454 FLX information request available. If you are interested in a price quote for a LR25 or LR70 run on our Roche/454 FLX Genome Sequencer, please fill out the request form.

We are excited to announce the implementation of our new Geospiza Finch DNA server. This will expedite sample submission, as well as deliver sequence data quickly and conveniently. To create a user account, simply go to: http://engencore.asph.sc.edu/Finch and select "Create New Account." In addition, we will give a seminar on using Finch in mid-to-late February, with details to follow. There will most likely be more than one, scheduled at different times. This will also be a good opportunity to discuss any general sequencing concerns or questions you may have.
