Application to the program is made through the Graduate School and submitted
electronically. The application must be submitted and application fee
paid by November 1 of the fall proceeding enrollment. It is
important to apply to the program as early as possible so that your file can
be reviewed. Applications received after this date will be
processed if enrollment has not been filled.
