This workshop is a self-study activity offered in DVD format to assist with test preparation for the Praxis exam for speech-language pathology through distance learning by the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders.

The primary purpose of this workshop is to equip current graduate students and recent graduates of accredited master's degree programs in speech-language pathology with the preparation, content synthesis and test-taking strategies required for enhanced performance on the PRAXIS examination for speech-language pathology.

This workshop was designed as a test preparation resource for individuals who have not yet passed the Praxis or obtained the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Therefore, this workshop is not being offered as an ASHA continuing education event at this time.

To register you must download the workshop brochure and registration form. The brochure will tell about the workshop that is offered as a self-study. Participants will have two (2) weeks to view the DVD before returning it. It is important that all registered participants understand that this information is the intellectual property of the University of South Carolina and may not be shared or duplicated in any way. An agreement with this understanding is necessary to submit the registration for processing.
