Kim received her B.S. in Communication Sciences and
Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in
2005 and her Master Degree in Speech Pathology from the
University of South Carolina in 2007. Her master thesis
involved measurements of frequency resolution employed
during the perception of English vowels by
normal-hearing listeners. She is currently enrolled in
our doctoral program while completing her Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) on a part-time basis in our Speech
and Hearing Center. Her emphasis during master’s level
training was cochlear implant rehabilitation, and she is
interested in various aspects of hearing and auditory
rehabilitation. She anticipates completing the Ph.D. in
2010. |
