Lunch & Learns
Each month, the university community is invited to
attend a one-hour presentation on a selected topic involving public health
emergency preparedness. The primary objective of these "Lunch & Learns" is
to enhance knowledge and understanding of public health emergency
preparedness among an audience that previously has little or no exposure
to this issue. The primary target is university students, faculty and
staff; however, constituents from DHEC and other related workforces are
also invited, and boxed lunches from Carolina Catering are always offered!
The USC-CPHP works to enhance collaboration with the local public health
workforce, as well as centers and projects within the university. As such,
we have had speakers from a variety of organizations and disciplines.
