SC Budget & Control Board Office of Research and Statistics
The ORS site is a repository of South Carolina economic, health, and demographic data from a variety of sources including the US Census, Kids Count, and hospital records.

NIH CRISP
CRISP allows you to search for abstracts of NIH-funded projects, and you may sort by funding mechanism, grant number, key words, state, institution, and principal investigator.
